Autism Supplements for ARD Managers - 32835
Texas regulations (TAC 89.1055) require ARD/IEP committees to consider 11 strategies for students with autism. Schools sometimes use the term "Autism Supplement" to refer to a form they use at ARD/IEP meetings to address these strategies. This session will review the 11 components and best practices to fulfill the requirements of TAC 89.1055. This session is aligned with the IEP Content and Development and Instructional Strategies components of the TEA-required self-assessment.
