Refund Policy
For all workshops, refunds will be made under any of the following conditions:
- The ESC cancels the workshop.
- The participant has been placed on a wait list, but the session was either cancelled or an available seat in the class did not open up.
- The participant successfully cancels his or her registration via the Web or in writing at least 14 calendar days prior to the workshop (unless special refund circumstances apply.)
Purchase Order Refunds – Eligible refunds for registrations that were secured via a school or company purchase order will only be made if the ESC has already invoiced/received payment.
