Bluebonnet Learning: Keys to Successful Implementation - 36742

This session is designed to support leaders and educators who are not part of the LIFT grant in successfully implementing Bluebonnet Learning while avoiding common pitfalls of new curriculum rollouts. Participants will explore a comprehensive approach that balances strong planning, clear communication, and ongoing support with the realities of teacher capacity and student needs. Special attention will be given to protecting teacher time and clarifying what implementation with fidelity truly means. This session focuses on practical, manageable keys that help teams move from adoption to true implementation. Participants will leave with clear, actionable next steps to support teachers, use Bluebonnet resources effectively, and build momentum. The session will also highlight the role of observation and feedback practices in supporting implementation, helping leaders identify trends that inform future professional development and coaching conversations. By the end of the session, leaders will leave with practical tools and a realistic understanding of year one implementation that supports strong instruction, student engagement, and a cohesive learning community.
