ESC Region 11 Leadership Institute is an exclusive program designed for novice and aspiring principals. The Leadership Institute is built for district aspiring leader cohorts and individuals who want to hone their skills, whether they already sit in the leader’s seat or want to be more than ready for their opportunity. The series theme is "Purpose-Driven Leadership" and includes sessions on mission and values, instructional leadership, data-informed decision-making, growing people, leading systems, and entry planning and communication.
