Cracking the Big Word Code: Teaching Multisyllabic Word Reading - 35618
As students move into upper elementary, the words they encounter in text become longer and more complex. Many students who once read confidently begin to struggle when faced with unfamiliar multisyllabic words. In this session, we will explore practical instructional strategies that help students break apart and make sense of big words.
