Online: Deep Dive into Problem Solving: K-5 - 29596
Participants will develop a deeper understanding of what problem-solving is, dissect the problem-solving process, and learn how to support students in making sense of problem situations in elementary mathematics. In this online session, participants will develop a deeper understanding of the problem-solving process TEKS as well as engage in instructional routines that will promote the sense-making of problem situations. This session is designed to highlight pedagogies that align the T-TESS Rubric in the areas of Standards and Alignment 1.1, Knowledge of Students 1.3, and Content Knowledge and Expertise 2.2.
