The Hat Shift: Knowing When to Coach and When to Lead - 36770
This session builds foundational clarity around the differences between coaching and leadership and how each approach shapes conversations. Participants will examine common misconceptions, explore how role influences communication, and reflect on their own habits, tendencies, and triggers. Through discussion and scenario analysis, participants will strengthen their ability to recognize which approach is needed in different situations.
