The Hat Shift: The Shift From Coaching to Accountability: Making the Right Call - 36776
This session addresses when coaching alone is not enough and leadership must become more direct. Participants will explore how to diagnose situations, clarify expectations, and navigate challenging conversations while maintaining trust. Emphasis is placed on making informed decisions about when to coach and when to lead more assertively, as well as planning for real-world application.
