PAR Inc. Presents Administering and Interpreting the FAW and FAM - 36144
This interactive session, presented by PAR Inc., provides a comprehensive overview of the administration and interpretation of the Feifer Assessment of Writing (FAW) and Feifer Assessment of Mathematics (FAM). Participants will explore the theoretical foundations of each instrument, learn standardized administration and scoring procedures, and examine how results can be used to identify specific neurocognitive processing deficits that impact academic performance. Through case examples and data interpretation practice, evaluators will deepen their understanding of how to connect test findings to instructional and intervention planning. This session is aligned with the evaluation component of the TEA-required self-assessment.

Objectives
By the end of the session, participants will be able to administer and interpret the FAW and FAM with fidelity, analyze results to identify underlying cognitive and academic skill deficits, and integrate findings into data-based recommendations that support targeted instruction and intervention planning.
