New and Improved Cultural and Linguistic Matrix (C-LIM): Diverse Student Normal Ability Performance (DSNAP) with Dr. Larry Pristo - 34165

Dr. Ortiz author and researcher responsible for the creation of the cultural linguistic matrix tool has recently updated this tool. It is now available for use without the XBASS software. Dr. Larry Pristo, school psychologist, worked with Dr. Ortiz to create the Diverse Student Normal Ability Performance tool. This tool like the CLIM is met to assist the evaluator with determining if scores from a norm referenced assessment are valid and can be interpreted. Dr. Pristo will walk participants through the research behind the tool as well as demonstrate how to use it in practical application. This session is aligned with the Evaluation and Disproportionality-Identification and Placement component(s) of the TEA-required self-assessment.
