This online compliance course is on the topic of suicide prevention and intervention. This course will help raise awareness of the prevalence of student suicidal ideation and the completion of suicide. In addition, this course will address the prevention of suicide and effective intervention when a student is actively suicidal. Objectives
Upon completion of the course, you will gain an awareness of the prevalence of child and adolescent death by suicide. Additionally, you will learn about appropriate suicide prevention for schools and intervention strategies when a student is actively experiencing suicidal ideation or suicidal ideation with a plan.
