Voices That Lead is an ongoing professional learning community for ELAR instructional leaders, coaches, and specialists dedicated to elevating literacy instruction. Through collaborative learning, coaching conversations, and practical planning, participants will deepen their expertise in reading and writing instruction while strengthening their leadership capacity to support teachers effectively.
Together, we will examine statewide shifts, unpack key instructional implications, and strategize ways to support teachers with clarity and confidence.
