Voices That Lead is an ongoing professional learning community for ELAR instructional leaders, coaches, and specialists dedicated to elevating literacy instruction. Through collaborative learning, coaching conversations, and practical planning, participants will deepen their expertise in reading and writing instruction while strengthening their leadership capacity to support teachers effectively. Together, we will examine statewide shifts, unpack key instructional implications, and strategize ways to support teachers with clarity and confidence. Each session spotlights timely topics such as evidence-based practices and data-informed coaching. Whether you serve elementary or secondary campuses, this space provides opportunities for reflection, discussion, and leadership planning—ensuring your voice helps shape the future of literacy instruction.
