2026-2027 Texas Mentorship Training (TMT) Pathway 1 Fall Module 5 - 37262
Welcome to the Texas Mentorship Training. Designed specifically for Mentoring Educators, including mentors, mentor teachers, and host or cooperating teachers, this collaborative session covers module 5 "Modeling and Providing Actionable Feedback." By the end of Module 5, Mentoring Educators will demonstrate learning by planning and rehearsing a coaching conversation that applies the See It, Name It, Do It Protocol to model and provide high-quality, actionable feedback to a mentee.

Objectives
By the end of this session, Mentoring Educators will:
• Develop their coaching practice around modeling and providing high-quality feedback utilizing the See It, Name It, Do It Protocol
• Utilize an observation tool to practice developing action steps and holding coaching conversations
• Plan and rehearse a coaching conversation using the See It, Name It, Do It Protocol
