2026-2027 Texas Mentorship Training (TMT) Pathway 1 Summer Modules 1-4 - 36828
Welcome to the Texas Mentorship Training. Designed specifically for Mentoring Educators, including mentors, mentor teachers, and host or cooperating teachers, this collaborative session covers Modules 1-4 to prepare you for the upcoming school year. Together, we will explore the critical foundations of effective mentorship. You will learn how to build trust from day one, establish supportive learning environments with explicit classroom routines, and strategically introduce co-teaching models tailored to your mentee's immediate needs. Additionally, we will dive into High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) and provide opportunities to practice coaching strategies, such as lesson internalization and rehearsal protocols.
