Instructional Coaches Academy is a comprehensive professional learning experience designed to equip existing and aspiring instructional coaches with the skills and strategies needed to drive impactful teaching and learning. The academy includes quarterly one-day training in high-leverage aspects of instructional coaching, including observation and feedback, data-driven instruction, classroom management, research-based instructional strategies, and the life of a coach.
