Making Evaluation Data Meaningful in Your Reports (Parker County Co-Op & Weatherford ISD) - 36589
Evaluation reports should do more than list test scores—they should clearly explain what the data reveals about a student’s learning profile and educational needs. This session focuses on practical strategies for making evaluation data meaningful in written reports. Participants will examine how to move beyond reporting scores to interpreting results, connecting multiple sources of data, and clearly describing educational impact. Through examples, guided practice, and practical writing tools, evaluators will learn strategies for organizing reports, writing concise interpretations, and linking data to eligibility decisions and recommendations. Participants will leave with practical templates and strategies they can immediately apply to their reports in the upcoming school year.
