Region 11 Spanish Spelling Bee - 36049

We are pleased to announce that ESC Region 11 will be hosting our Annual Region 11 Spanish Spelling Bee. Your district or charter school is cordially invited to participate in this exciting opportunity to highlight our Spanish bilingual students and their amazing spelling skills! This year's event will be for grades 4-6 only. The winner will advance to the State Spanish Spelling Bee for grades 4-8. Registration is ONLY for bilingual program leaders who will register their district/charter participating. Please note: The LEA is responsible for registration and travel arrangements for the State and/or National competition.

Objectives
1. Competitors will demonstrate their ability to spell a variety of Spanish words in alignment with the standard word list provided by the National Spanish Spelling Bee committee during the course of the competition. 2. One competitor will be named the winner of the competition, demonstrating their mastery of Spanish spelling rules.
