CCMR Accountability: Cross-Functional Systems and Planning - 36428

This interactive, full-day workshop supports district and campus leaders in examining their current impact on College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) through an accountability and systems lens. Participants will identify gaps, clarify roles and responsibilities, and analyze CCMR indicators programmatically to understand how processes, data, and cross-functional collaboration influence student outcomes and accountability. Through self-assessment, facilitated discussion, and planning tools, leaders will translate CCMR expectations into clear, actionable next steps.
