Principal Synergy Network 2025-2026 - 35247
Principal Synergy Network is an ongoing opportunity to engage with campus and district leaders as we navigate the highs and lows of another school year. Six sessions between October and August will afford you plenty of time with the group and plenty of time in between meetings as we foster collaboration, share innovative ideas, and build our leadership skills.
Principal Synergy Network, in conjunction with Assistant Principals Learning Cooperative, is here to meet the professional growth and collaboration needs of administrators throughout the region, whether they hail from the largest urban districts, the most remote rural settings, or somewhere in between. Administrators at any level will walk away from every cohort meeting with practical ideas, high-leverage practice, and a network of support.
Our structured yet relaxed meetings will consist of a focus session drawn from a T-PESS domain, a guest speaker, a principal roundtable, and networking time, all in an efficient half-day session that will let you finish the day back in the district (if you choose).
PSN is open to any campus or district administrator and is included in the Instructional Support and Solutions contract held by most Region 11 districts and charters. You are welcome to attend all six sessions or just come when you are free, but we know you will want to make PSN a priority once you have the experience.
