School Psychologist Leadership Collaborative - 35107
Join fellow lead school psychologists and district-level evaluation leaders for a collaborative session focused on advancing leadership, improving evaluation practices, and supporting psychological services across districts. This session will provide opportunities to share successes, discuss challenges, and engage in problem-solving around current issues impacting the field.
This session is aligned with the Child Find, Evaluation, Intervention and Behavior components of the TEA-required self-assessment.

Objectives
By the end of the session, participants will be able to identify and describe at least three leadership strategies or best practices for supporting school psychology teams, and will collaboratively develop one actionable plan to implement or improve a leadership initiative within their district or service area.
