This session provides an overview of best practices for identifying Developmental Delay (DD) in Texas, focusing on the guidelines outlined in TAC 89.1040 (c) (13) . Participants will gain an understanding of the eligibility criteria, assessment procedures, and documentation requirements for DD evaluations.
