Biology teachers will deepen understandings around the three dimensions of science instruction: SEPs, RTCs, and biology concepts. Objectives
After attending this session, biology teachers will be able identify the SEPs and RTCs within the new TEKS and STAAR, integrate new SEPs into their lessons, and align RTCs with biology content. Biology teachers will also be able to describe examples of the SEPs related to biology content and prepare students for the coming adjustments to the STAAR.
