ASIST - 33876
ASIST is a 2-day training program that teaches participants how to assist those at risk for suicide. Although many healthcare professionals use ASIST, anyone 16 years or older can use the approach, regardless of professional background.

Objectives
By the end of this two-day session, participants will explore how to approach and incorporate the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills with students and adults they may come into contact with who are experiencing suicidal ideation and what steps to follow during a suicidal crisis intervention to decrease the numbers of students and peers who die by suicide.
