Bite-Sized Summer Learning Series: Reinforcement - 29685

Do you have two hours? Then join us this summer as we offer a series of online mini sessions on evidence-based strategies that will help you improve student learning. The intended outcome is that participants will increase their repertoire of effective learning strategies for learners with unique learning needs. This session will help participants understand the concept of reinforcement. Reinforcement is one of an educator's most powerful behavior management tools. For example, reinforcement can be used to teach new skills, teach a replacement behavior for an interfering behavior, increase appropriate behaviors, or increase on-task behavior (AFIRM Team, 2015).
