Collaborating for Student Success: Develop a Work-Based Learning Model - 28696
Texas schools, community agencies, and Institutes of Higher Education (IHE) can work together to provide transition services to secondary students with disabilities. This session will bring Texas A&M University, Texas Workforce Solutions (Region 2), and Region 10 and 11 transition-related personnel back together virtually to develop a new Work-Based Learning Model or expand an existing program to support high school students receiving special education or with plans under 504.
Funding up to $10,000 is available per LEA for school-based enterprises with direct employer or community involvement.
