Impact Coaching - 25828
Impact Coaching offers participants an opportunity to learn and practice coaching skills grounded in cognitive, instructional, and action-coaching research. The training will benefit anyone who is responsible for coaching others in an educational setting. The training was originally developed to provide support to T-TESS and T-PESS evaluators, but it is not limited to appraisers.

Assistant Principals, Central Office Administrators, Principals, Instructional Coaches/Support Specialists, Instructional Leaders, Teacher Supervisors
Objectives
Appraisers and coaches will assess their coaching prowess and practice reflective and action-oriented coaching methods in simulated scenarios, demonstrating their capacity to guide coachee reflection or action planning.
