This TEA-created training provides Texas educators with information on developing the necessary transition services to facilitate the student’s transition from school to adult life. Participants will review the legal framework governing coordinated transition activities, key components of these services, and learn practical strategies for effective implementation. Whether new to or experienced in creating a coordinated set of activities, this training will be a valuable addition to your transition toolkit.
