Transition Essentials: Writing Appropriate Measurable Postsecondary Goals - VIRTUAL w/ HEB ISD - 35675

This virtual professional development session for HEB ISD will focus on strengthening educators’ skills in writing appropriate and measurable postsecondary goals in individualized education programs. Participants will engage in interactive activities to review best practices and refine their understanding of compliance related to transition planning. This session aligns with the secondary transition and graduation component(s) of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicators 13 and 14.
