Transition Essentials: Transition Assessments- VIRTUAL - 35427
This TEA-created training provides Texas educators with information to complete transition assessments that result in a clear picture of the student’s needs, strengths, preferences, and interests. Whether you have completed many transition assessments or are new to this topic, this training will be a valuable addition to your transition tool kit. This session is aligned with the secondary transition and graduation component(s) of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicators 13 and 14.
