Transition Essentials: Coordinated Set of Activities- VIRTUAL Virtual - 35429
This TEA created training provides Texas educators with information to develop the necessary transition services to facilitate the student’s movement from school to adult life. We will review the legal framework governing coordinated transition activities, key components of these services, and learn practical strategies for effective implementation. Whether new or experienced at creating a coordinated set of activities, this training will be a valuable addition to your transition tool kit. This session is aligned with the secondary transition and graduation component(s) of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicators 13 and 14.
