Connecting Communication and Instruction for Students with Complex Access Needs - 35378
This course explores considerations when developing and using communication aids, strategies for teaching communication skills, and ways to connect communication and instruction. This training, developed by the Texas Education Agency, aligns with Quality Indicator V: Social Communication on the Rubric of Effective Practices for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities and with Special Education Self-Assessment components 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 18.
