Diagnostician Leadership Collaborative Virtual - 35341
This virtual series is designed specifically for lead educational diagnosticians and evaluation coordinators responsible for guiding and supporting special education evaluation teams. Each session offers a collaborative space to explore leadership challenges, share effective practices, and engage with current issues impacting evaluation—such as legislative updates, due process trends, or hot topics in the field. Through guided discussions, reflective questioning, and peer exchange, participants will deepen their leadership skills while shaping responsive, compliant, and student-centered evaluation systems.
This session is aligned with the Evaluation and IEP Content and Development components of the TEA-required self-assessment.

Objectives
By the end of the session, participants will contribute to peer discussions, analyze current guidance or case-based scenarios, and identify at least one actionable strategy to support evaluation team effectiveness or improve compliance practices.
