Unlock the power of deep, conceptual understanding in your math classroom with the transformative Concrete-Representational-Abstract (CRA) instructional sequence. In this professional development session, secondary math educators will explore how the CRA model supports Response-Based Instructional Strategies (RBIS), moving from tangible, concrete manipulatives to visual representations, and finally to abstract symbols to help students build mastery. In this self-paced online session, participants will engage in interactive learning tasks using Desmos Classroom platform.
