Science Academy for Grades 3-5: Day Two: Force, Motion, and Energy - 35014
Join ESC Region 11 for an in-depth exploration of elementary science curriculum and instruction. In Day Two of the Science Academy, teachers will explore topics within the force, motion, and energy strand, applied to the science and engineering practices (SEPs) and recurring themes and concepts (RTCs). Topics covered in this session will include the nature of science and engineering, graphing and data analysis, input and output tables, the nature of forces, energy transfer, energy transformation, and light energy.

Objectives
During the Science Academy, teachers will analyze and apply concepts of forces, motion, and energy, including energy transformation and data analysis, to improve their instructional strategies.
