Implementation Support for HQIM: Action Step Coach Guide - 34444
This three-hour training session is designed to equip educational leaders with the essential skills to utilize the Action Step Coach Guide within the framework of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). Participants will learn strategies to effectively debrief classroom observations and support teachers in implementing HQIM. The session will combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications, enabling leaders to use the Action Step Coach Guide to identify implementation challenges and provide targeted support. This session will also explore how to use guiding questions and action steps from the guide to enhance teachers' instructional practices.

Prerequisite/Special Notes
This training is specific to the implementation of HQIM products and an agreement to receive year long support from Texas Lesson Study. This is the seventh of ten trainings for HQIM implementation.
Objectives
By the end of this three-hour training session, educational leaders will develop the essential skills to effectively utilize the Action Step Coach Guide within the framework of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). They will acquire strategies and leave equipped with the knowledge to debrief classroom observations, identify implementation challenges, and support teachers in overcoming these challenges.
