Objectives
Upon course completion, the learner will be able to identify: 1) What the law requires of districts and charters under Section 504; 2) The Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA) impact on districts and charters; 3) The 3 Eligibility Questions for the Section 504 Committee; and 4) Additional Section 504 resources.
