Implementation Support for HQIM: Leading The Student Work Analysis Protocol - 34433
This three-hour training session is designed to equip educational leaders with the essential skills to support the practice of student work analysis within the framework of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). Participants will learn strategies to analyze student work samples both individually and collaboratively, aiming to understand students' thinking, identify strengths and progress toward mastery, and determine gaps in skills and knowledge. The session will blend theoretical insights with practical applications, empowering leaders to create targeted action plans that support students' development of skills and knowledge in future instruction. This session will also explore how to utilize the Student Work Analysis Protocol to enhance instructional effectiveness and student outcomes.

This training is specific to the implementation of HQIM products and an agreement to receive year long support from Texas Lesson Study. This is the fifth of ten trainings for HQIM implementation.
Objectives
By the end of this three-hour training session, educational leaders will develop and leave equipped with the essential skills to effectively support and facilitate Student Work Analysis using High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). They will acquire strategies to analyze student work samples to understand students' thinking, identify strengths and progress toward mastery, and determine gaps in skills and knowledge.
