This session will address Texas legislative updates that apply to services for children, ages birth to three, who are deaf or hard of hearing, blind or visually impaired, or deafblind.

Objectives
Participants will apply legislative updates related to services for students with hearing differences or visual impairments, ages birth to 3, by identifying at least one student whose services will need to be updated. Participants will list three details from either TAC89.1040(c)(12)(C) or TAC89.1040(c)(3)(B).
