This workshop is designed to support speech-language pathologists (SLPs) who are new to practicing in the public school setting. It will provide comprehensive guidance on navigating key aspects of school-based practice, including timelines, evaluations, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and more. Participants will gain practical strategies and tools to effectively manage these essential components of their roles within the school system. This session is aligned with the Child Find. Evaluation, and IEP Content and Development component(s) of the TEA-required self-assessment.
