Early Childhood Special Education 101 for Teachers - 33121

ECSE refers to services provided to students with disabilities ages 3 - 5. But there is more to it than that! This overview for teachers will highlight key concepts of ECSE, including inclusion, curriculum supports, and evidence-based strategies to improve instructional practice. Participants will have the chance to share their own classroom experiences and network with other early childhood special education teachers. This session is aligned with the LRE and FAPE components of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicator 6.
