Launch_K5 Computer Science - 31962
Launch_K5 CS is a highly interactive 3-day workshop designed for K-5 educators. This workshop aligns with the new Tech Apps TEKS that are required to be implemented by the 24-25 school year. The workshop integrates computational thinking, computer science, cybersecurity, and AI into core curricula, provides K-5 lessons (unplugged and plugged) for teachers to take back to their classrooms, and introduces block-based coding and physical computing to scaffold learning with students. Teachers could potentially receive classroom materials upon completion of this workshop.
