New Counselor Cohort Series Spring 2024 - 31793
In this cohort, counselors will complete a mini-program audit of their individual counseling program, experience goal setting with the Texas Model as a resource, and collaborate through reflective discussions, skill-building exercises, and resources to help enhance the effectiveness of their comprehensive school counseling program. This one-on-one coaching experience will empower counselors to thrive in their profession, fostering a supportive environment to help students, families, and staff.
