What Success Continues to Look Like When General and Special Education Collaborate - 31645
This Texas Transition Conference extended learning opportunity will allow participants to dive deeper into the concepts, tools, and strategies that lead to inclusive transition planning and delivery. Essential pieces such as collaborative planning, inclusive IEP development, and peer engagement and belonging will be discussed. Participants will gain knowledge, skills, and strategies that can be implemented in their school communities.
