Teaching with DBQs-Designing Document-Based History Investigations ALTERNATE LOCATION - 36294
This session empowers teachers to develop their own document-based lessons rooted in local or regional history. Participants will learn how to frame compelling questions, locate accessible primary sources, and sequence tasks that guide students from source analysis to evidence-based writing. Emphasis will be placed on connecting local stories to larger themes and building community relevance through historical inquiry.
