ARD Committee Manager Training, Two-Day Training - 31123
Calling all new ARD Managers and Educational Diagnosticians!
This professional development session is intended to provide participants with best practices for ARD committee managers and/or educational diagnosticians. This course is intended to provide information, guidance, and best practice for successfully achieving the expectations, roles, and responsibilities of an ARD committee manager, including scheduling ARD committee meetings, preparing and finalizing required ARD committee paperwork, facilitating the ARD committee meeting, and supporting families and school personnel with the ARD committee processes.
This training includes a watch session of the Child Find, Evaluation, and ARD Supports Statewide Technical Assistance Network course, "ARD Committee Manager Training."
Audiences
Diagnosticians, LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology), Speech Therapists, Teacher - Special Education
Prerequisite/Special Notes
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) CEUs will be provided for speech-language pathologists and audiologists. Please contact Katie Adams at kadams@esc11.net with questions about ASHA CEUs.
