As evaluators, we must utilize multiple data sources to make disability decisions. Sometimes it is not easy to decipher all of the information alone. This virtual webinar is designed for diagnosticians to bring case studies to review and request feedback from other experts in the field.The session will focus on the use of multiple sources of data when identifying a pattern of strengths and weaknesses in order to determine if a student meets the disability criteria for a specific learning disability.
Audiences
Diagnosticians, LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology)
Objectives
Participants will apply a method for analyzing multiple data sources to identify patterns of strengths and weaknesses in case studies.and provide feedback on at least one peer-submitted case study, offering data-driven insights to refine diagnostic decisions.
Participants will also collaboratively review and discuss at least one complex case to evaluate if the student meets the criteria for a specific learning disability.
