VIRTUAL Region 11 Teaching Lab: Lesson Design - 24941
Join us to learn how to write lesson plans that work, lead student discourse, and facilitate independent practice in your lessons! This session will be a three-part blended series with each part following the "See it, name it, do it" protocol where you will experience an exemplar, stamp your learning and get multiple "at bats" to practice the new learning, and culminate in the creation of your own exemplars.You will participate in three live video conferencing sessions and then have time before the next session to refine and upload your evidence of learning as well as receive timely, authentic feedback.

Objectives
Part 1: write precise learning objectives, script basic I Do, design exit tickets aligned with objective, time stamps.
Part 2: utilize show call, stamp understanding & at-bats, wait time, universal prompts, close the loop, stretch it to lead student discourse and learning during the "We Do".
Part 3: script ideal student response, align independent practice to assessment, design a Do Now, and learn how to facilitate write first talk second.
