(Everman ISD) Practical Workload Management Strategies for School-Based SLPs - 37493

Speech-Language Pathologists in public schools are responsible for managing growing caseloads and a wide range of responsibilities that support high-quality service delivery, compliance, and student success. This session provides speech-language pathologists and assistant speech-language pathologists with practical strategies for managing the complex demands of school-based practice. Participants will explore efficient systems for documentation and data collection, strengthen parent and teacher collaboration, examine the differences between caseload and workload models, and learn organizational techniques that support compliance while maximizing time for direct student services and classroom-based intervention.
