Design Teams will: -Identify and prioritize the Mentoring Educator Competencies to refine recruitment, selection, and placement processes for mentors. -Analyze current release time practices and identify challenges and successes to refine systems for mentor and mentee collaboration in the spring. -Review implementation progress to identify trends or gaps and adjust communication, training, and support in the spring.
