Effective Classroom Management - 37067
Effective classroom management is more than responding to challenging behavior—it involves intentionally creating positive, predictable, and engaging learning environments where all students can be successful. Participants will examine the essential features of effective classroom management. Through reflection and practical application, educators will identify strategies they can immediately implement to increase student engagement, prevent problem behavior, and promote positive academic and social outcomes for all learners.

Objectives
Participants will describe the key features of evidence-based classroom management and their impact on student behavior and learning and apply at least two evidence-based classroom management strategies to improve the predictability, positivity, and engagement of their classroom environment.
